Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blue Walls. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

Since our products are custom made, orders typically take 10-15 business days to process and build. Orders are not processed or built on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to locations outside the continental United States.

Estimated delivery dates, which take into account our build time and shipping time, are provided on our product page, cart page, checkout page, and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Blue Walls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
